Bradley Gonyea


Brad is a 14 year veteran of the land business. He is relied upon as a company expert in every aspect of real estate transactions. Brad is an owner and developer of commercial, residential, and agricultural properties. His personal experience with the acquisition, entitlement, management, and sale of properties brings a depth of knowledge that tips the scales in favor of his clients. Brad is the President and managing broker of Gonyea Land Company.

Jennifer Kilkelly

Jenny Kilkelly was born and raised in the metropolitan area of Minnesota. Immediately after graduating from Lakeville High School, Jenny obtained her real estate license. She continued to stay close to the land business by working in the summer time during her college years. In 1991 she graduated from the University of St Thomas. For the next several years, Jenny went on to maintain her real estate licensure while managing some of the highest volume GAP stores in the Minneapolis area. In 2001, she made the decision to join the team at Gonyea Land Company on a full time basis. Jenny’s background in running a multimillion dollar retail business, a BA in Business Communication, along with her specific knowledge and sales experience in the Land business, make her a single point of contact for all your land selling and buying needs. If you are looking for industrial, residential, commercial, or investment land projects, the team oriented approach at Gonyea Land Company is sure to meet your needs. She consistently strives to meet the needs of the raw land market. When Jenny is not working with sellers or buyers you can find her with her family enjoying activities such as coaching youth volleyball, watching her kids activities, playing golf, or traveling.

Bob Lyngen


Bob’s 16 years of experience in Real Estate equates to Dedication, Persistence, Solution Orientated results for clients. Extensive experience in commercial, Industrial, residential development site transactions.

As a member of Minnesota Commercial Exchange of Realtors (MNCAR) and Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors, Bob is able to customize each land sale to meet the expectation of the client. Bob has a reputation of being responsive and hardworking for his clients.

Tom Evenson

Tom is a broker at Gonyea Land Company. Tom Evenson is a 40+ year veteran of the land development and land brokerage business, and his list of long-term clients speaks volumes. Tom represents clients in the development and sale of land from agricultural uses to commercial, retail and Industrial uses and has done so in a 7 state area.

He has directed transactions on behalf of thousands of clients over the years representing 1,000’s of acres of land. His varied business experience, strong interpersonal skills and keen attention to detail make Tom a force to be reckoned with when it comes to negotiating the best terms and conditions for his clients.

Tom is exceptionally adept at handling site selection, acquisitions and build to suits, and gaining the municipal and county project approvals for development, and is an expert concerning all aspects of a real estate transaction.
